The experience is new to me and that is what I like the most, this new experience. Unlike larger gym, this experience brings a me closer to a trainer who instructs and motivates. The exercises are ... fun and challenging. The exercises definitely make me sweat and bring my heart rate up. The controlled time is new to me but I love it.
