Owner/Operator at 9Round Sage Creek. Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Coach, Certified Nutritionist. Dave aka "ICE", has been promoting health and wellness in the surrounding communities for many years. Participated and coached for multiple years at both the Windsor Park and Southdale Community clubs. Now, as a Certified 9Round trainer and Kickboxologist, I am bringing my knowledge, confidence and ability to coach/instruct the techniques of kickboxing, general fitness and nutrition to our amazing 9Round facility in Sage Creek, Winnipeg. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program which incorporates functional, interval, cardiovascular and circuit training. I'm Chris "The Hulk" Hay. My fitness journey started with running as a tool to help my mental health following a loss. The healing I found in physical activity motivated me to get my personal training certification in 2013 with additional certifications in marathon training and kettlebell training. After running many half marathons and a full marathon I shifted my focus to weight training to cross-fit to powerlifting. I continue to follow a powerlifting program outside of my 9Round workouts. I love being a trainer at 9Round. Not only to I get to push and motivate members, but they also push and motivate me.

Hi! I'm Alicia "Black Widow" Bredin.  I grew up as an equestrian and participated in the sport competitively, but I have also enjoyed being active in other adventurous ways, such as hiking up mountains, surfing ocean waves, and kayaking across lakes, to name a few!  Working out was never something I enjoyed doing, and for a while I struggled to stay physically active as I felt my time in the gym wasn't giving me the results I hoped for.  I wanted to find a workout routine that kept me motivated, engaged, and gave me a goal to aim for without dreading the process.  9Round provided me with all that and more. Being a trainer at 9Round presents me with the opportunity to help others find that passion as well!  I look forward to many days spent sharing my enthusiasm for fitness with like-minded people in a fun-filled environment!

Having a personal training certification through ISSA, a degree in human nutritional sciences, pre-masters in kinesiology and background in Muay Thai, she loves to teach and help people strive towards becoming physically and mentally stronger - transforming themselves into happier and healthier individuals.
