I see results and workout pays off. People here are so friendly and this is the place no one judge you physically and mentally. You can be who you are and just enjoy every each kick and punch. I have competed at the highest level as a Canadian Amateur Boxer winning Silver in the 2017 Canadian National Tournament and representing my country against The Cuban National Team. I also graduated from NAIT and got a diploma as a Certified Personal Trainer.

I have been and currently am a professional MMA fighter since 2011, along with close to a decade of different combat sports training such as Muay Thai, wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, Taekwon Do, karate, boxing. I also incorporate extensive strength & conditioning training. Climbing the ranks into the top 10 in the country in my weight class has allowed me to compete in some of the largest organizations in the world with trips to Europe. What I offer to clients is the best technique in the striking part of the workout as well as conditioning good enough to be an elite professional athlete.”

    She is the trainer who is always willing to try something new, get you to your goals and will push you to do your best. Growing up with a background in dance, she was able to travel all across North America competing. Which lead her to love fitness even more! Holly got her fitness certification in 2016 and has been teaching ever since. When she's not training or teaching at the gym, she's running a dance residency program in schools with her business partner.

    Before I joined the 9 rounds community, my life and background was based off of taekwondo for 8 years. Within the 8 years, I had trained 6 days a week, along with teaching children and adults to strengthen their knowledge of martial arts, mentally and physically. Since the beginning of my training I have competed and trained in numerous tournaments around the world such as, Kelowna, Las Vegas, Detroit, Winnepeg, Toronto, Florida, and many other local cities in Alberta. One of my most accomplished awards was becoming the silver medalist national champion in 2016. Taekwondo had not only made me stronger but it also has helped discipline me to respect the martial arts way of life. My motive within the 9 rounds community is to ensure that I can become the most respectful trainer I can be. Overall I am inspired to meet and create new relationships within the people of 9 rounds and make sure I encourage, help overcome the impossible, and push them to their best abilities.

Hard work, dedication and discipline is his motto! “Life can throw some nasty blows at you - Let’s return some hurting of our own! The first step starts with you.
