Jammin James here to Jam with you all the way throughout the 9Round workout! With ten years of experience in the sweet science of boxing, I am here to... guide, motivate and cheer you on throughout the work out and become triumphant in the workout and yourself. Like the good old Rocky saying goes, "Keep moving forward!" And that we will do. I love boxing. the concept behind it in every way. The first day I was hooked to the sport. Getting in shape and blowing off steam?! Two for one - sign me up! From there on out I have participated in many tournaments such as Ringside Boxing and the Canadian Nationals. Boxing built hard work, determination, discipline and focus. Life can throw some hard blows at times. Why don't we do the same. Come on down and lets return some hurting of our own! Hello 9Rounders My name is Knuckles Nicole and I am incredibly passionate about fitness and all that it involves. Through my own weight loss and f...itness journey, I uncovered a true passion for the wellness & fitness industry and even a bigger desire to help others reach their individual fitness goals and become better versions of themselves I truly get excited when I see someone execute a perfect kettlebell swing, a challenging squat with proper form, and that jab cross 1,2 punch that members eventually get so good at that they can take on Muhammad Ali himself! I get even more charged and inspired when I see a client reach a goal that they once thought was impossible or out of reach. Having experienced being overweight, out of shape, and later breaking through plateaus and enduring injuries I know the journey all too well. I have a soft spot for boxing as it allowed me to break through one of the biggest plateaus of my journey, helping me lose those last 20 lbs. Kettlebell training saw me keep fit and get stronger while working through frustrating injuries. It is through these experiences, as your 9Round Trainer, that I can help you reach your fitness goals and get through whatever it is that you may be experiencing I bring with me a Personal Trainer certification as well as an Instructor certification in the art of Kettlebell training I have several years of boxing experience, kettlebell training as well as traditional weight training and have participated in a few 5k/10k races with a goal of running a half marathon/marathon in the near future When not in the gym, you may find me outdoors, loving nature, hiking and snowshoeing. I look forward to furthering my fitness education while working closely with you all, our dedicated members and soon to be members crushing goals and kicking bags! Cheers! More
