I find the personal trainers very friendly which makes me feel comfortable to workout with them and others around. I enjoy the different varieties of workouts that you do everyday. Also that the worko... ut is only 30mins long but makes you feel like you’ve done a lot in that short amount of time. I always hated working out until I tried 9round. I love how everyday is a different work out. To be honest, I've always hated exercise....lol. Starting an exercise program at 48 after not exercising for an embarassing number of years intimidated me. 9Round has completely changed my attitude!... I enjoy working out and actually get a lot of stress worked out by hitting things. Who knew! :) I would never have expected to like kickboxing. I have told many people how much I enjoy it there and how the trainers keep you motivated. I can't say enough about how fabulous the trainers are!
