With over 20 years of boxing and kickboxing experience and a black belt in Kyokushin Karate, I am very happy to be able to help others in my community... reach their fitness goals, feel empowered and realize just how strong they are. All this in a fun, safe and clean environment. More

With a black belt in Jiu Jitsu, as well as over 15+ years of experience in Muay Thai, boxing and kickboxin...g, Donal brings a high level of discipline and a great work ethic to 9Round Fitness in the Beach. In addition to his great knowledge in martial arts, Donal has a passion for fitness, having run marathons and adventure wilderness races. It's a fun way to exercise and gain boxing/kickboxing skills! I have done boxing training in the past and really enjoyed it, but I find the combination of kickboxing and dynamic exercises that you get... at 9Round is just as rewarding, and the experience seems more personal because of the great trainers.
