    Raymond "One Life" Chan
    Raymond earned a few sprinting medals from school and regional competition in his age of primary education, where he found himself love playing sports ever since. He played a lot of basketballs and soccers in high school. In 2014, he started practicing fitness work out and jogging, which brought him finished a half marathon in 2017. In 2018, he started reach out for more sport activities like yoga, Muay Thai and martial arts stunt.

    “Active” Austin Layng Austin’s passion for fitness and health has motivated him to play basketball throughout high school, train in Krav Maga, Boxing, Kickboxing, and participate in a body transformation of adding 50 pounds in 2 years; all while studying law. His love for fitness and knowledge aids him in training people to change their lives by becoming stronger both mentally and physically, the 9Round way!

    Growing up I was always into sports and athletics, being able to run around all the time as a kid brought me to a sufficient level where I could start taking fitness to the next level and begin competing against top athletes from around the world. Understanding the discipline to constantly and consistently train to improve your body is key to overcome any obstacle you may have physically, mentally and spiritually. This is something I'm still practicing and will teach.

I have committed to strive to promote overall health to myself and those around me due to the lifelong advantages healthy living has on ones life.

    I’ve always been dedicated to helping others and improving their quality of life. Staying healthy and maintaining a sense of athleticism throughout my childhood and into adulthood created a passion for health, wellness and fitness. From dance classes, to competitive swimming, into football and power lifting I have been able to challenge my body and strengthen both my mental and physical health by staying active and healthy. My goal is to inspire those around me to do the same. The human bodies capabilities for strength and wellness is extraordinary.
