I love that I can come any time, and not be tied to a 'class schedule'. In my world with a family, things come up and I can't always be somewhere at a scheduled time (especially when it is my own act... ivity). I can't pick just one thing. I like the personal connection I get with the trainers as opposed to other gyms where I honestly don't know if there is anyone there to speak to. I hadn't gone to gyms o... n a regular basis before I joined 9Round. I just wasn't one of those "follow through" kind of people. Something drew me to it and once I started I was surprised how my brain took over and just made it an easy thing for me to do on a regular basis. I don't question the how or why, I just keep going. Once it became a regular occurrence my health dramatically took a turn for the better. I was taken off cholesterol medication because my doctor's results proved my levels were better off than they were while on medication. My blood pressure was great. Previous encroaching diabetic issues had disappeared. One big indication of my improvement happened in Disneyland. When we had to race to get out of the park. I let my (then) 8 year old climb on my back while easily doing a squat because it was too crowded to find something to hold on to. Because she couldn't move as fast as the rest of us I had to carry her that way. I ran and kept up with everyone else with an 8 year old kid on my back. We got to the gates and I wasn't out of breath. We made a second dash to catch a bus and my wife was surprised to see me only a few steps behind her. That was when I knew this was a big deal for me. I haven't stopped since and it's been a year and a half now. I expect to hit my 500th visit sometime in the next month or so. More- Jan. 21, 2019 by Trevor Laboucane

I enjoy a lot about 9Round but to name a few...#1 staff. Friendly and helpful. Quick to coach if you are out of proper form. No wait times. No trying to figure out what you should do...its all planned... out. You're in and out in as little as 40 min.with a full workout.
