Jordan has an extensive background in a hybrid martial art of Tae Kwan Do and Karate, having trained under Grandmaster Felix Ayensu for many years. Hi...s passion and drive for fitness and fun is infectious, so be prepared to always have a great time when he's on the floor. Jordan believes a great workout starts with a safe workout, so he ensures every member knows the proper techniques for kickboxing. He is very approachable and loves what he does so don't be afraid to approach him if you have questions about your fitness goals, or anything else. More
Elizabeth comes to 9Round with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, and is a registered Kinesiologist. Her love for fitness, health, and people are what makes h...er the perfect trainer. Elizabeth has extensive knowledge when it comes to creating custom-tailored workouts, as she has worked with a variety of groups ranging from children, to athletes, to adults, to seniors. Elizabeth loves a challenge, and is ready to train you to push your limits. The biggest enemy in success is yourself, and Elizabeth is more than ready to help you reach your goals!!
