Elizabeth is our gym's General Manager! She comes to 9Round with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, and is a registered Kinesiologist. Her love for fitness, h...ealth, and people are what makes her the perfect trainer. Elizabeth has extensive knowledge when it comes to creating custom-tailored workouts, as she has worked with a variety of groups ranging from children, to athletes, to adults, to seniors. Elizabeth loves a challenge, and is ready to train you to push your limits. The biggest enemy in success is yourself, and Elizabeth is more than ready to help you reach your goals!! Aaron comes with an extensive background in Taekwondo with a black belt. His drive and passion for health, fitness and kickboxing along with great ent...husiasm are what makes him a great trainer. Aaron has a great eye for technique, and is always willing to help members improve. With Aaron’s background in Taekwondo he is always looking to push, and encourage you to do your absolute best and reach your goals! Andrew is in his final year of high school, where he has been a part of the football team for the past three years and has won team MVP two years in a... row. He plays quarterback which requires him to be a positive role model and team leader, and he is looking forward to bringing these skills to the 9Round team. He has grown up playing sports such as rep baseball and football, and has been a part of other various school sports. More recently he has made working out and eating healthy a part of his daily lifestyle. He is excited to motivate and bring his positive energy to 9Round workouts. More
Michelle, a former NCAA Division 1 athlete and current Masters of Kinesiology student, is ready to bring her experience in athletics and positive atti...tude to 9Round Oakville! Her studies currently focus on sports psychology and she is very passionate about both physical and mental wellness. Michelle’s academic and athletic experiences are what make her a well-rounded 9Round trainer. She has a very detailed eye and will help motivate members past their own expectations, all while teaching proper technique. Michelle is no stranger to hard work and is excited for the opportunity to help all 9round members reach their goals! More
Sarah, a former NCAA Division 1 athlete and current medical student, brings a passion for health and wellness; with particular interest in fitness and... sports medicine. Sarah’s athletic background and academic experience are the perfect combination to ensure that every member who walks through the doors at 9round gets the maximum benefit (both mentally and physically) out of their workout! Eric comes to 9round with a strong passion for fitness and working out. Having grown up playing competitive hockey, and working out regularly, fitness... and athletics have always been a part of his daily life. He believes living a physically active lifestyle and taking care of your body is the key to enjoying a happy and healthy life.
