love the vibe of service provided , the trainers are all encouraging, happy and positive. when I signed up I was hesitant because of my age and just overall condition. Helen the owner was very he... lpful in making me feel comfortable to go at my own abilities. I mostly joined for health reasons and wanted to get out of my comfort zone. 30 mins is just perfect! I have told all my friends and family about 9 round and keep bragging about the facility , mostly the trainers and Helen, they make all the difference. They never make me feel that I'm clumsy , even though I feel that way. In the 6 weeks that I'm there , I feel much healthier and see improvement in my abilities. I feel great !
