My name is Steve Mendoza and my fighter name is “Juggernaut!” I love that name because it reminds me of how indestructible we are if we put our minds ...to it!! I am a father of twin boys that are 6 years old. So, being 42 I have to be on my best game to keep up with them over the next several years and 9Round is the best training to do that for me! I feel stronger and healthier than I did 20 years ago and with 9Round I only plan on getting better and younger!! Age is a number and I am going to be living proof to that!! More

Anthony “The Tooth” Ferri 9Round has given me the opportunity to combine to core passions in my life…mixed martial arts and living an active healthy ...lifestyle. In the time I’ve had the privilege to be part of the 9Round team, I have seen positive changes both mentally and physically in myself and with our clients. My passions have even grown stronger as I am given the opportunity to help others achieve their goals and live a happier and healthier life. When I’m not out on the floor either participating in the work outs or motivating others to push themselves you’ll find me working on marketing and advertisement strategies to help our gym and family grow! Lauren “Hit Girl” Robb I have always been very active and energetic, the kind of person who can’t sit down for very long. Although I had been active... throughout my childhood my fitness journey started after I bought myself a gym membership in my childhood town on my 18th birthday. Going into a male dominated field after high school I was determined to gain strength. Since that day I haven’t looked back, first hand I have experienced how a healthy lifestyle can improve your physical and mental wellbeing, raising energy and confidence levels. As a member at 9round and had so much fun! I love this community! I am thrilled to be a trainer and have the opportunity to share my story and help others achieve their goals becoming stronger, healthier individuals. More

“Hello! I’m Oscar. My fitness background comes from the sport of boxing. I started boxing as a teenager and it’s been a passion of mine for the last... 18 years. I have trained and participated in amateur events in Boxing and Muay Thai. I’ve always loved the training that comes from boxing/kickboxing and it’s how I keep myself fit. I truly believe it’s the best form of fitness. It’s fun and highly effective. I joined 9Round because I want to utilize my knowledge and experience to coach and motivate others to live a healthy and active lifestyle. I look forward to meeting all the wonderful members at 9Round and helping you to achieve your fitness goals. More
Summer “Sizzle” A strong passion for fitness and healthy living is why I chose to work for 9Round. I strongly believe that living a healthy and acti...ve life is key for a happy life as well as other benefits. I hope while working here to motivate and get to know members and staff on their athletic journey. I am a University of Guelph student with an extensive athletic background. Highlights include playing in the Provincial Women’s Hockey League and competing at lifesaving worlds in Adelaide, Australia. Other sport backgrounds include; cycling, lacrosse, fastball, and kickboxing training. And I hope to continue an active lifestyle as a police officer after I graduate! More

They staff trainers are all fantastic and always there when you need assistance during your work out! I love how everyday the workout is different and that there is a free style round to work directly... with the trainers. Great staff. I find the trainers to be very positive, encouraging and patient. The work out is very well organized and well thought out. The staff very quickly realized my capabilities and have worked... to push me to achieve more at a very manageable and rewarding pace. I feel challenged every day and very much enjoy the mixture of exercise and find that nothing gets stale. I love the full body workout and the fact that I can keep my own pace. The nature of the work out stations allows me to jump in and start right away and I know that I will be done in 30 minutes without have to wait on machines or equipment being free.
