    Natalie Fyffe
    Trainer at Burnaby and Surrey Nordel, Natalie is passionate about helping men and women heal their relationship with food and their body through fitness, nutrition and a positive mindset shift. Natalie's fitness background is in kickboxing, soccer, softball and her favourite, weight lifting. Natalie enjoys fitness because not only does it challenge and strengthen the body, it strengthens the mind.     Roy "1-2" Han
    Trainer and Muay Thai enthusiast, Roy Han works part -time at the Burnaby location. Roy Han brings a diverse background of traditional Kung Fu, Muay Thai, and boxing. In addition, Roy used to compete in tennis since the age of 11, and also plays on his high school rugby team. When not on the floor training, Roy can be found pursuing acting and going to high school. "My favourite part of being a trainer is being able to get to know and meet such a diverse group of individuals and helping each person achieve their goals, whether it's getting stronger, faster or learning kickboxing."

    As an active amateur fighter with 4+ years of kickboxing and 3+ in mixed martial arts, Mani provides great emphasis on form and technique in both the kickboxing and cardio sections of the workout. His burning passion for fighting and watching people transform to their best possible versions of themselves combine at 9Round as he pushes members to their newfound limits whilst still passing on his kickboxing knowledge. "I love giving back what martial arts constantly teaches me and love to share my journey through the world of martial arts with everyone else as it brings out everyone's best; both mentally and physically."
