Trainer and Muay Thai enthusiast, Roy Han works part -time at the Burnaby location. Roy Han brings a diverse background of traditional Kung Fu, Muay T...hai, and boxing. In addition, Roy used to compete in tennis since the age of 11, and also plays on his high school rugby team. When not on the floor training, Roy can be found pursuing acting and going to high school. "My favourite part of being a trainer is being able to get to know and meet such a diverse group of individuals and helping each person achieve their goals, whether it's getting stronger, faster or learning kickboxing."
