Everything! The owners, Bill & Shannon are incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and fun to be around. You can tell they have a passion for this and really care. You don’t get that at any other gym from... what I have ever experienced. That makes such a difference. They are always so upbeat every single time I go and that’s not always easy. I respect and admire them both. All the other trainer are also fantastic. The workouts are always different. They push you which I think everyone needs. The motivation provided by trainers is second to none. Challenges are overcome through instruction, encouragement and celebration...and the celebrations are shared by members and trainers. There is a ... very personalized approach to each member despite the occasional chaotic times when the gym is full-nobody is left behind! On a personal note, Shannon, Bill and their crew are helping me more than they know. As I see my physical health improving, so is my mental health. I deal with PTS and often have highs and lows. Shannon and Bill both mix a good dose of humour, no-nonsense coaching and personal interest during every visit to the gym, making it a consistently positive predictable environment that helps my outlook and keeps me going the rest of the day. Shannon and Bill are great and very encouraging! I love that there are no class times, you go when you can. I love that there is so much variety! I have only been a member for a short time (since end ... of August) but I have been consistently going 3 days a week and have yet to encounter the same workout and I feel great when I leave. I thoroughly enjoy every workout. The idea of starting every 3 min is awesome. The trainers are the best - I love how they encourage and challenge me. The trainers are so helpful ensuring proper form ... and making accommodations when my knee won't allow me to do certain moves. It's a very warm and welcoming environment. The owners are fantastic as well as all the trainers. They make you feel so welcome. They push you but in such a positive way. They all genuinely seem like they care about you as a person.
